Simply brilliant news for anyone who likes the Moto GP games.

Capcom, who own the gaming rights for Moto GP have announced that this years' release in October, will feature the 125cc and more importantly the 250cc with Bati and all our other favourites including Smith, Redding, Tutusaus and unfortunately 'the hair' as well.

But being able to ride as Alvaro on a 250 woud so sweet.

With the PS3 version I learnt that the 250 and 125 races feature all 20 to 30 odd riders from this year and the inclusion of the Qatar night race and the new Indy track.

I'll try to post any screenshots of Bati as and when for all to enjoy.

That's what I didn't like about last year's game... I bought it and I think I've only played it about twice!!!

How very cool - as someone who already hospitalised all his favourite F1 drivers on a PS2 I may well not get it, but excellent that games manufacturers seem to understand that there's plenty of room for interest outside the top class

That was half the fun of it!!! Especially when you get bored of racing and turn around and drive in the oppiosite direction, knocking off the rest of the cars and seeing how many cars you can hold up!

I'm more dodgy when it came to team driving though.
Constantly trying to take out Schumi and cause other drivers to crash out as I passed them.

i have most of the motogp games (ps2 and the 06 psp games) but however cool riding down the corkscrew is with Hayden (and that is very cool) my favourite is still the 04 game because you have Bati in the 125's and Dani in the 250's i think ive been 250 world champion about 6 times!

wait, does that mean scott redding could be world champion this year...?

That's good news that the 125 and 250 classes are going to be on this game although I did hear rumours about this before. That's fantastic news that they are officially going to be on the game. I want to get it even more but I am getting it on X-Box 360 though not PS3.

Well I've just pre-ordered my copy for the PS3, so I've got a month and a half to wait before I can finally ride as Bati again.

it better have Bati in it this time instead of just on the cover like the 07 game! i got really excited when i saw him on the front but then i realised it must just have been a mistake because it was only the motogp class

As far as I know, all three classes are available on the game, but I haven't seen a screenshot of what Bati looks like in it.
