I love how his face lights up and the smile comes out the moment he hears the word "Talavera", such a lucky town to have inhabitants like him.
And is it just me or do the questions for Alvaro and Hiroshi seem to be the only ones specifically for them? The rest sound a bit generic to me, like they could have been asked of anyone. The second IRTA test in Jerez seems to be a total washout. Severe rainfall kept most of the riders hidden in their boxes and the forecast predicts even more rain for tomorrow and Monday. It looks like every single team is present in Jerez, upping the number of riders to almost 70, but they probably won't get much of their testing schedule done.
It's too bad really as we won't get any more interesting laptimes to compare, especially for the Moto2 class, and the teams will go into the first race still a lot of work to do. Bummer.

Man, what about people without XBox or PS3 wanting to race as Alvaro? *pout* But I had a look at their website and from what I can see in the gallery, they still haven't learned how to create a person with the right proportions. Orangutan arms anybody?

Oh, and don't get upset about people pronouncing Alvaro's name wrong. It will continue to happen. I can't even imagine Nick Harris pronouncing it any different than "Alvoro Batista" or whatever the hell he says when he doesn't call him "Hector Barbara" for once. Maybe the game developers should stop taking advice from him...
(And weren't those the same guys who put Limoncelli on Barbera's bike in all of the trailers for the previous game...)

Capcom have released a downloadable demo of the new MotoGP 09/10 game for the Xbox and PS3.

Good news is that you can ride as Alvaro round Mugello in the arcade mode. (Even if they pronounce his name COMPLETELY wrong!)

I'm not sure if it's gonna be a good game either... seems that they've ruined it by not doing a proper simulation racing game.

Riders for Health have announced the Day of Champions tickets are going on sale on 22nd March.

Is it me... but how come, Silverstone are going to charge even more for the Paddock tickets this year (£25 for Donington; £30/£40 for Silverstone) and have two sessions for the paddock access when the Paddock there is bigger than Donington's or even Sachsenring!

Gadea has fallen and has become a wound on his finger, had to make three points to close the wound. He left the train today but he believes that tomorrow can get back out on track. Moreover, he is happy with the bike, says he is going very well. (I've read on his blog).

i know its testing, but.......how good does that moto2 field look

i know loads of you didnt want to see the end of 250's but 30 riders within 2 seconds (Give or take) of 'pole' and all 37 looking competitive


o yeah, theres just 10 different teams in the top 10 as well (all within 1 second)
